Post1 : What is your problem ?!

         I have some problems that want some advice .  My problem is I always get worry with the things that  not reach my goals or be not what I think and also become stress of them. Even sometimes I know that I did not try hard .But this problem also make me study harder and become alert because I don’t want to become stress from the results . Sometimes when I know that I did not try so hard I like to cry even I try to become brave. Another problem is I  become ill if I eat crispy snack or food and milk.That makes me can’t eat dessert like yogurt and  milk pudding.I also can’t eat LAYS or some things that is crispy.My doctor says that this happen to me because I do not drink enough water. But I don’t like to drink water and I like to forgot it .So I like become ill because sometimes I can’t stop myself to eat them .

      I think that you should be relax and try hard so that you won’t become sad after you finish the test.You should find some hobbies like playing music instrument or playing sports because hobbies will make everythings become better.You also should think that it is past and you can’t change the past so you should make today the best. You can also think that we alredy try hard.For another problems ,you should drink more water and remined myself to drink water every hour by using alarm clock .You also should think that it is not worth if you eat only one piece of LAYS and become ill for 2 weeks.
